Team Logins, Poshmark Duplicate Cleanup & Steadier Publishing

New Features
  • NEW: Every team member can have their own Spadeberry login, so you no longer have to share your password. Add a team member's email on the Multi User page and they get an invite link to set their own password. They sign in on the website or the phone app, and the account menu shows them as "Team member: <name>".
  • NEW: Choose which screens each team member can see. Each person has a Login & access panel with a checkbox for every screen, plus a "Use the default screens" switch that keeps them on the standard set, including any screens we add later. Team members never see the Multi User, referral or affiliate pages.
  • NEW: Team members you already have keep working exactly as before. A notice on the dashboard and the Multi User page tells you when someone can be given a login, with an "Add email to let them sign in" link next to each of them.
  • NEW: After a Poshmark import, Spadeberry now links each imported Poshmark listing to the eBay listing for the same item when the titles match exactly. A sale on one then takes the other down, the way it already did for eBay and Depop imports. Listings it isn't sure about are left alone for you to review in Possible Duplicates.
Improvements
  • A team member's access ends as soon as your plan stops including Multi User or the feature is turned off. Before, they could stay signed in until they logged out. When updated terms need accepting, only the account owner can accept them, and team members are asked to check with the owner.
  • Photos on the Edit Listing screen load much faster. Tiles and the photo viewer show a lightweight preview first and switch to the full-size photo once it has loaded. The viewer no longer waits behind the grid, and if a photo fails to load you get a "Try again" button instead of every photo after it breaking until you refresh.
  • When eBay rejects a listing because one of your return, payment or shipping policies no longer exists on eBay, Spadeberry removes that policy from your list, switches to another default if you have one, and tells you what it used instead. The error message also points you to Refresh Policies.
  • Publishes that fail because of a brief problem on eBay's side, or a network hiccup talking to Poshmark, are now retried automatically instead of failing for good.
  • When eBay says several item specifics are too long, Spadeberry now shortens all of them before trying again. Before, it only fixed the first one, so the listing still failed.
  • Generating listings for a large batch, a few hundred SKUs at a time, no longer times out with an error even though the batch had actually started.
  • Auto-reprice now works through your whole inventory. Listings already at your price floor, and listings eBay keeps refusing to reprice, were taking up nearly every daily slot, so on some stores only one listing a day was being repriced.
  • Large bulk edits now run behind your publishes. One big price change could hold up Depop publishing for everyone for several minutes.
  • Depop sales are picked up more reliably on large shops, so the copies on your other marketplaces come down sooner.
  • The help bot in the phone app now knows you're signed in, so your chats count against your own daily allowance like they do on the website.
  • Depop publishes for sellers who don't have eBay connected no longer make a pointless check against eBay first.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed rotating, flipping or cropping a photo failing every time. The edit looked half-applied and could also remove a background cutout you'd paid for.
  • Fixed eBay listings that had already been deleted being flagged "Verify — may still be listed".
  • Fixed ending a multi-quantity listing that eBay had already ended getting stuck. It was retried every week and wrongly reported as still live. It's now marked as ended straight away.
  • Fixed one click on Delist sometimes being sent to eBay many times over, which slowed down delisting for large stores.
  • Fixed a Poshmark connection timeout permanently failing publishes, including a few listings that had actually gone live.

A Calmer Edit Screen, Your Template On Imported Listings & A Sent Offers Tab

New Features
  • NEW: A Sent tab in Offers for the offers you made, including Depop's "send offer to likers" offers. They used to land in Pending with Accept and Decline buttons on your own offer, which could only ever fail. When a liker counters back, it lands in Pending with working buttons, because that one really is waiting on you.
  • NEW: Remove backgrounds straight from the Edit Listing screen. Every photo without a cutout has a button that removes its background for 1 photo token, and a "Remove N backgrounds" bar does the whole listing at once. Until now you could only get a cutout by choosing it at publish time.
  • NEW: Your listing template now applies to listings imported from eBay, not just the ones Spadeberry wrote. The AI writes the description section to fit around your template, keeping your own wording, paragraphs, measurements and hashtags, and the Edit Listing page shows that section so you can edit it directly. Each field on the page is labelled with the part of the template it fills.
  • NEW: A reworked Edit Listing screen. It no longer jumps around the page while it loads, the description sits right under the title, condition and price with its preview beneath it, and weight, package size and product identifiers move to the bottom since you rarely change them. Skip and Previous buttons show where you are in the queue, and the screen remembers which sections you keep collapsed.
  • NEW: Sort the Review table by Condition, from best to worst. The settings bar also stays pinned at the top while it's collapsed.
  • NEW: Every two weeks, paying members get an email with the full list of their unresolved Possible Duplicates, what each kind means and what to do about it, with a link to the page and the audit sheet.
  • NEW: Photos that fail to upload now survive a page reload. Come back to the upload page and it tells you how many photos from your last visit are saved in this browser, ready for Retry All.
Improvements
  • Photos load much faster. Thumbnails are now kept by your browser instead of being downloaded again on every page view, and the Edit Listing screen no longer downloads every full-size original just to check its resolution. It only checks once eBay says a photo is too small.
  • The "sold elsewhere, still live" email now goes out, and each listing in it is checked against eBay itself first, so it only names copies that are really still for sale.
  • The "sold elsewhere, still live" badge on the inventory grid is now worked out in the background. On the largest stores it used to time out and silently disappear, and those are the stores most likely to need it.
  • Spadeberry will never republish to eBay an item that has already sold on another marketplace.
  • eBay sales are picked up faster. The regular sale check no longer waits behind the nightly catch-up, and opening Possible Duplicates no longer waits behind the daily refresh of every store.
  • Shoe sizes written like "EUR 40" or "UK 7.5" are now sent to eBay the way eBay spells them. These were failing to publish around 40 times a day.
  • Photos eBay refuses because of their file format are converted to a standard JPEG and sent again automatically, and a photo that never made it to eBay is uploaded again instead of the listing failing.
  • When Depop rejects a listing because the state in your Depop shipping address needs re-entering, the error now says exactly that instead of "returned 400".
  • The help bot can now say "Spadeberry can't do that yet" instead of pointing you to a feature that does something different.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed the description section for imported listings squashing your paragraphs into one block, rewording exact details like "87% cotton, 13% spandex", and dropping measurements, section headings and hashtags. It also no longer cuts the first word of your description when your title happens to start the same way.
  • Fixed Depop imports being given SKUs longer than eBay allows. The rows got stuck on the Publish page with an error you couldn't read, couldn't be deleted, and were wrongly shown as live on eBay.
  • Fixed Depop rejecting long descriptions that contain emoji as too long. Depop counts each emoji as two characters, and now so do we.
  • Fixed Depop offers showing the two prices against the wrong people, so a buyer's $45 offer and your $60 counter read as if you had turned down $60. Existing offer histories are corrected, and a counter from a liker on an offer you sent can now be answered.
  • Fixed an eBay sale only reaching one Spadeberry login when the same eBay account is connected to more than one, which slowed down taking the other copies down. Depop sales also now show the time the sale actually happened, not the time we noticed it.
  • Fixed sales detection telling you to delist a listing you had relisted after the sale. You can now clear a warning yourself.
  • Fixed renaming your eBay store being treated as connecting a different eBay account, which set off the account-swap warnings.
  • Fixed the check that stops you listing the same item twice on Depop or Poshmark missing items that had been relisted, and fixed it blocking a publish because of a listing sitting in a different closet.
  • Fixed the photo matching that reconnects Depop listings occasionally matching the wrong item for sellers who photograph everything the same way.
  • Fixed auto-relist and the daily eBay check running out of time on the largest stores, which cost those sellers a whole day each time.
  • Fixed item-specific edits disappearing when you pressed Skip on the Edit Listing screen, and fixed description edits that could be lost.
  • Fixed the SKU grid freezing when you have a large photo backlog, pages 1 and 2 of the grid disagreeing about order, and a video in a mixed selection not being deleted.
  • Fixed a double-click on Assign SKUs showing an error even though your SKU was saved.

Notes For One Item, eBay's New Size Rules & Fewer Double Sales

New Features
  • NEW: Tell the AI about one specific item. A "Notes for this item" box on Assign SKUs and Generate Listings — shown read-only on Edit Listing — lets you say things like "I want $145" or describe a flaw, instead of only having one note that applies to everything. A flaw you mention goes in the condition description and never the title, and is always disclosed even if the photos don't show it. The note itself is never published anywhere.
  • NEW: A Poshmark crosslist now books up to 14 days ahead instead of refusing everything that won't fit today. Select 193 items and all 193 are queued, with a standing banner on the Queued tab telling you how many are waiting and which day the batch finishes.
  • NEW: Import up to 12 months of Depop and Poshmark sales history into Insights. Until now the oldest sale either marketplace showed was the day we switched sale tracking on, not the day you started selling. Poshmark's own feed only ever returns your most recent 100 orders, so there you get 12 months or 100 orders, whichever runs out first — and the page says so.
  • NEW: One "Delist from…" button with a marketplace picker, replacing the four separate delist buttons that could only express one marketplace or every marketplace. Taking an item off two of three no longer takes two passes. "Crosslist" becomes "Crosslist to…" to match.
  • NEW: A warning before you connect a different eBay account to the same Spadeberry login — on the Crosslisting tab, in both connect dialogs, and in a confirmation naming the account you already use. Swapping wipes your eBay business policies, greys out Publish Selected, and stops relists, price syncs and the automatic removal of Depop and Poshmark copies when something sells.
  • NEW: Sign in to the Chrome extension using the login saved in your browser's password manager. Sign in on the website once and the extension picks it up, instead of typing your password into the extension popup — where password managers don't work. The extension and the phone app also stay signed in after being closed for a week or more.
  • NEW: The Edit Listing page shows the actual sold comparables your price was built from, instead of buying a fresh set against your daily lookup allowance.
  • NEW: Promoted Listings knows about your own eBay campaigns. Before you switch it on, the panel explains that your campaigns keep running alongside it and that eBay allows a listing in only one general campaign. If a listing is already in one of yours, it's counted on the panel, skipped for a week and the rest of the batch carries on. Cost-per-click campaigns are greyed out with a reason, because they can't take a percentage bid.
  • NEW: A Cancel Subscription button while your plan is paused — previously the only thing a paused seller could do was restart the plan they were trying to leave — plus an email three days before a pause ends and billing restarts.
  • NEW: An in-app badge on the inventory grid when an item has already sold somewhere else but a copy is still live, so you can take it down before a second buyer pays.
  • NEW: An email when Poshmark puts your account on hold, telling you how many listings are waiting, that your queue is safe, and that only you can ask Poshmark Support to lift it.
  • NEW: Ask the Spadeberry help bot questions from Discord, with its own daily allowance of 20 to match the web and phone apps. Discord's Verified Seller role is now granted by clicking a link emailed to the address on your Spadeberry account, and Community Experts are credited tokens automatically when they close a ticket.
  • NEW: "End this listing" now appears on Possible Duplicates cards for items that live only on Depop or Poshmark — previously those cards had no buttons at all, on the very page warning you they could cost an oversell — and it ends the item on every marketplace it's actually live on, naming them in the confirmation.
Improvements
  • eBay is enforcing its own apparel size spellings site by site — UK and Canada from 8 September, Australia 15 September, the US 22 September. From each date eBay quietly hides an existing listing whose size isn't on its list: no rejection, no email, it just stops appearing in search. Spadeberry now rewrites sizes to eBay's spelling on the way out only, dropping decoration like "12 Short" to "12" where there is exactly one safe reading, and leaves the size you entered untouched for Spadeberry, Depop and Poshmark. The guides explain the whole thing.
  • The size picker in the editor offers eBay's full list rather than the 100 most-used values, which excluded every petite size, and names the nearest accepted values when you type one eBay won't take. Where you've deliberately chosen a size type like Petites, eBay is sent its own spelling of the same size (S becomes PS, 10 becomes 10P) instead of the listing sitting stuck — and we stay quiet rather than guess when there's no single safe answer.
  • Size corrections now also apply when you push an edit to a live eBay listing, so changing just the brand on an older listing no longer fails with an error naming a size field you never touched.
  • Swapping a listing between men's and women's now rewrites the condition description too — it used to be left on the old gender and hand-edited every time — keeps size conversions like "Mens 9, fits like a womens 10.5" intact, no longer edits text you can't see, no longer produces a title a character or two over eBay's limit, and tells you which fields it deliberately left alone.
  • Watch listings no longer go out with a strap or bracelet name that gets them pulled by eBay days after they publish. "NATO strap" is described as a One-Piece Strap so buyers filtering by strap type still find it, and Rolex bracelet names are replaced with plain "Bracelet" on watches that aren't Rolex — on another brand they read as counterfeit, which eBay acts on against the whole account.
  • eBay descriptions crosslisted to Depop and Poshmark keep their paragraph breaks instead of arriving as one wall of text, bulleted and numbered lists cross over as bullet points, and an eBay measurement table reads line by line rather than as one paragraph per cell. Stray code from other listing tools no longer reaches the description buyers see.
  • Poshmark categories are now chosen from your item's own details rather than guessed from the title. Every jacket was a Bomber Jacket, every sweater Off-the-Shoulder, every pair of pants a Pantsuit, and men's team shirts went to the Women's department. Hoodies now have a real subcategory, men's dress shirts can be Dress Shirts, and Home and Kitchen is reachable. Listings already on Poshmark are re-filed by a paced sweep that runs on its own allowance, so it never eats into your daily crosslisting or editing limits.
  • Poshmark sales are now read from the order feed, which is actually ordered by sale time, so a sale on any seller with more than a page of sold items is found within minutes rather than hours — and the eBay and Depop copies come down. Poshmark is checked every 10 minutes now, matching Depop.
  • Poshmark removals get a higher daily and hourly allowance than crosslists — 400 a day and 80 an hour, against 250 and 50 for publishing. You could previously create more listings in a day than you could take down.
  • The import screens and guides now explain which way a sync flows: it reads from the marketplace and never pushes your edits out. The one outbound thing it does do is disclosed — if a sync finds an item sold, the copies on your other marketplaces come down.
  • If you've never imported your eBay listings, a Depop or Poshmark import now sends you to the eBay import first. Without that starting point every cross-posted item arrives as a second copy of something you already have.
  • A generated listing is no longer thrown away over one unresolved required field. It arrives with that field blank and the Edit page blocks saving until you fill it in.
  • A publish that hits a brief eBay outage is retried automatically a few minutes later instead of failing outright and waiting for you to click publish again. Photos eBay rejects outright — too big, wrong dimensions, unsupported format — are no longer re-sent two more times, and you get the real reason.
  • Listings in less-used categories were being reported as valid with no checks actually run, so eBay rejected them instead. The category rules are now used even when our cached copy is a little old.
  • AI price research no longer strips the model number out of the search — it was looking up "iPhone Pro Max" for an iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB, and "RTX" for an RTX 3080 — and obviously unrelated results are filtered out.
  • Opening a Spadeberry link while signed out now takes you to the page you clicked after you sign in, instead of dumping you on the homepage.
  • The help chat stops bolting "email support" onto answers it has already given in full, and stops replying that something isn't covered in the FAQ.
  • Sellers who have cancelled or never paid no longer get "reconnect your marketplace" emails.
  • Dismissing, merging or relinking a duplicate group updates the page instantly instead of throwing away the whole check and making you wait for your store to be re-scanned. Group actions now confirm and name exactly which marketplaces will be cleared, warn you when ending a listing would remove the item's only copy on that marketplace, and the audit sheet is named and dated for when your store was actually checked.
  • Choosing "Link them" or "Same item — merge" now cancels a removal you'd already requested, so a listing you decided to keep doesn't quietly get taken down days later.
  • Auto-relist tells you, on the panel and in settings, when it has nothing it can relist on that marketplace — it used to just sit there reading Active while doing nothing.
  • The billing screens now say plainly that a pause ends by itself and billing resumes, and sellers who keep declining a retention offer are no longer diverted to the same screen on every cancel attempt — one account had been diverted 13 times.
  • The Depop "this item may already be listed in your shop" refusal now names and links the listing actually holding that SKU, or tells you to run a Depop import if the listing was created outside Spadeberry.
  • The inventory grid loads small preview images instead of downloading the full-size photo for every tile — it was doing that for about one in six of the photos it shows.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed auto-relist ending sellers' live eBay listings and then refusing to put them back, because Spadeberry was applying its own description length limit 50 times stricter than eBay's. 192 listings across 5 sellers went dark over 13 days; the 304 listings already taken off the market this way are put back up. The description counter on the edit page also stopped showing a red over-limit warning on 22,367 perfectly valid imported listings.
  • Fixed around 1% of the photos in every large upload silently never uploading at all — for nine weeks — and fixed the upload screen saying "Upload complete!" when photos were missing and redirecting you away from the Retry All panel.
  • Fixed every item in a Depop bundle being booked at the full order total, so Insights showed nearly three times the real revenue and fees — $44,049 booked against $15,213 real, across 844 sales and 79 sellers. Existing bundle records are corrected.
  • Fixed Insights ignoring what you paid to boost Depop listings, which understated Depop costs and overstated profit by the whole boost spend — $18,157.98 across 7,123 sales, and growing.
  • Fixed 18 sellers whose paused subscription restarted on its own being charged while still locked out of the app, some for nine billing cycles, and fixed cancelling during a pause getting the seller automatically resubscribed and charged again on their stored card.
  • Fixed text typed into the cancellation feedback box being silently discarded, fixed cancelled sellers being shown "Next billing date" against the date their subscription actually ends, and fixed the subscription page failing to load or printing "None days" for paused accounts.
  • Fixed a sold Poshmark listing being recorded as one you'd deleted, so the sale was lost from Insights and the same item stayed on sale on eBay and Depop — 3,437 listings across 128 sellers, 532 of them with another live copy.
  • Fixed sellers with long Poshmark sales histories having their older sales left unreconciled every day, so the matching eBay and Depop copies were never taken down and could sell twice.
  • Fixed a multi-quantity Poshmark listing that sells one unit being treated as completely sold out and ending the copies on your other marketplaces.
  • Fixed Poshmark sales found by the "listing disappeared from your closet" check never being recorded in Insights at all — every one of them was missing from your profit figures since 24 August.
  • Fixed one of your queued Poshmark listings being turned into a permanent error roughly every nine hours while Poshmark had your account on hold — 68 lost on one account — and fixed a hold check that consumed a real listing to report itself. The queue now simply waits for the hold to lift.
  • Fixed a Poshmark queue dying permanently when your session expired or a daily limit tripped; the remaining items now wait and resume when you reconnect, instead of being dumped into Errors for you to re-select by hand.
  • Fixed items already sold on another marketplace being admitted into the Poshmark crosslist queue, where they held a slot for days and then failed, and fixed the bulk crosslist confirmation counting and quoting photo tokens for items the server was going to skip.
  • Fixed the photo-based rescue that reconnects a Depop listing after Depop changes its web address never once working for any seller, then abandoning before it compared a single photo on any real-sized shop, then matching a completely different garment. Between them these were holding thousands of still-live listings as "gone from Depop".
  • Fixed sellers with very large Depop shops never being able to get a listing removed from Depop at all — the removal ran out of time part-way, wrote nothing, and retried endlessly.
  • Fixed Depop offers on items that had already sold or been taken down staying in the Pending inbox with a live countdown and a working Accept button, sometimes for two weeks — 3,654 dead offers across 126 sellers. A closed offer now says why it closed rather than every one reading "expired".
  • Fixed one Spadeberry account claiming a live Depop listing another account already tracked, so a sale on one deleted the other's listing and credited the sale to the wrong account.
  • Fixed "List on Poshmark" and "List on Depop" dead-ending forever with "already live in your shop" when the live copy was held by an older Spadeberry login of the same seller. The listing is handed over to the account you're using, and its sale is credited and cross-delisted correctly.
  • Fixed changing an item's SKU or storage label making Spadeberry stop recognising it was already listed, so it published a second live copy to Depop or Poshmark.
  • Fixed a sale that arrived after we'd already taken the listing down being thrown away completely — no sale in Insights, and the copies on your other marketplaces left live. 47 real eBay sales across 18 sellers were destroyed this way in a month; three of them double-sold.
  • Fixed telling eBay to end a listing after a sale elsewhere and assuming it worked. We now re-check shortly after and end it again if it's still live — in one case the listing stayed buyable for 18 minutes and sold in the gap, leaving the seller two orders for one item.
  • Fixed a third-party relist of your eBay item more than two weeks old silently stopping a later Depop or Poshmark sale from taking the eBay copy down, while the sales feed claimed it was already off eBay.
  • Fixed listings imported from eBay being rejected outright when published with calculated shipping, because imports carry no package weight. The weight is now read off the original eBay listing first.
  • Fixed Inventory Save & Push showing a "pushing to your live listing" confirmation while silently dropping weight, package dimensions and product identifiers, so eBay kept quoting postage off the old weight. Weight and dimensions are now converted to the units of the site the listing sits on, and identifiers that only exist on the live eBay listing are left alone instead of being overwritten.
  • Fixed sellers with more than 20,000 eBay listings never having listings stuck mid-publish repaired, and fixed the repair sweep dying part-way through every run once one very large seller was in the queue, starving everyone after them.
  • Fixed the sell-through figure in Insights not responding to the date range at all for sellers who imported past sales history.
  • Fixed a single auction listing with no price taking the whole Published Listings page down for that seller on every visit.
  • Fixed 91 fully generated listings being destroyed over one unfilled item specific, because the AI's correct answer was discarded whenever it named the field slightly differently — 75 of them on one day.
  • Fixed eBay refusing a title change because the listing was missing a required item specific being reported as "title too long", sending sellers off to re-edit a title that was fine.
  • Fixed one bad item silently dropping every remaining item in an economy generation batch, and fixed listing generation throwing away a good result and retrying when the AI picked the right category name but copied the number from the line next to it.
  • Fixed a blank error page instead of the usual "Error connecting to eBay" message when saving your credentials failed on the way back from eBay.
  • Fixed the "sold elsewhere, still live" email naming listings that no longer existed — four in five of those emails were telling sellers to delete a listing that was already gone.
  • Fixed eBay rejecting your Promoted Listings ad rate for being below its minimum benching all 25 listings in that run for seven days — freezing their ad increases and scheduled price drops too, with the next run benching the next 25 until the whole store went dark. It's now treated as a settings problem and everything resumes the moment you raise the rate.
  • Fixed a marketplace narrowing you ticked for one selection carrying over to a different selection, where it could have delisted 1 item while you believed 100 had come down, and fixed Poshmark cells showing no "Delisting…" state while their listings were being ended.
  • Fixed "Open full-size image" on an inventory photo opening a small preview instead of the full picture.
  • Fixed opening the duplicates audit sheet before your store had been checked showing raw error text on screen.

Background Removal Everywhere, Inventory Your Way & Duplicate Cleanup

New Features
  • NEW: Remove the background on every photo in a listing, not just the cover. It's 1 photo token per photo, capped at 24, and you're only ever charged once per photo — republishing, relisting or crosslisting that same photo to another marketplace costs nothing more. Depop and Poshmark now run their own background removal instead of waiting on an eBay publish, so it works even if you never list on eBay.
  • NEW: Every publish button tells you what it will cost before it spends. "+ List on eBay", "+ List on Depop" and "+ List on Poshmark" now confirm with the exact number of photo tokens and your balance — worked out at the moment you click, not when the page loaded — and stay one-click when nothing will be charged. A crosslist you can't afford is refused up front with the shortfall instead of sitting on Queued and failing minutes later.
  • NEW: Original and Background removed tabs on the edit screen's photo card, so you can see both versions of every photo. A photo with no removed-background copy yet shows blurred under a "Not generated yet" note.
  • NEW: Choose which marketplaces a bulk crosslist goes to. The confirmation window has a "Publish to" row of checkboxes — untick one and the item list, the plan and the photo-token quote all recalculate. "List to all available marketplaces" is now just "Crosslist", since it no longer always means all of them.
  • NEW: Build the inventory grid you want. Choose which columns appear, reorder them, hide marketplaces you don't use, and click any header to sort — cost, quantity, condition, weight, country of origin, days listed, estimated profit, or the date each marketplace listing went live. Your layout is remembered.
  • NEW: A Queued tab in Inventory. Crosslist 600 items to Poshmark and you can watch the rest waiting their turn instead of assuming they went missing — the tab counts refresh on their own as the batch drains.
  • NEW: Your item's video now goes to Depop and Poshmark as well as eBay — Depop takes the full clip, Poshmark the first 15 seconds — for files up to 64MB. If the video fails, the listing still publishes without it.
  • NEW: Books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, vinyl, cassettes, video games and Movies & TV can be crosslisted to Depop and Poshmark. Scrubs, lab coats, coveralls, work shirts and kids' school uniforms are unblocked on Poshmark too.

  • NEW: Possible Duplicates surfaces items you have live on both eBay and Depop as two unconnected listings — the usual result of an outside crosslisting tool — with a button to link them, so a sale on one takes the other down.
  • NEW: Photo uploads retry themselves. A photo that fails keeps retrying for as long as the page is open, the failed panel survives a page reload with your files ready for Retry All, and the upload isn't called complete until they're done.

Improvements
  • Suggested prices now also look at what comparable items are listed for on eBay today, not only what they sold for. On an item with no close history the asking price is the anchor — a sold price is what a buyer negotiated down to, and sellers were raising three-quarters of our suggestions. Your own demonstrated asking price for the same kind of item is a floor that sold evidence can raise but never drag below, recent sales count for more than old ones, and cheap items are priced at the top of the credible range rather than the middle.
  • Economy generation is now priced against comparable sales the same way standard generation is — it was excluded before, and was coming out well above market.
  • Pricing stopped silently losing its sold-comparables during the morning rush, when between a fifth and a third of listings were being priced with no comparables at all and nothing said so.
  • Poshmark's daily publish limit goes from 150 to 250 new listings a day, so a big backlog drains faster. The 50-an-hour pace is unchanged.
  • Brand-new Poshmark accounts are published to slowly on purpose, ramping over about 90 days — 5 a day at first, then 10, 20, 40, 75 and 110 — because Poshmark puts a hold on new accounts that add a lot quickly. The bulk crosslist response tells you why you're limited, how many you get today, and for how long.
  • Hit the Poshmark daily limit and the message names the exact time you can publish again, in your own time zone, instead of a bare "tomorrow".
  • Before a bulk Poshmark crosslist, turning on Poshmark auto-relist, or a single Poshmark publish, you're asked once to confirm you aren't also running another crosslisting tool on that account — Poshmark's roughly 300-new-listings-a-day ceiling belongs to the account, not to each tool.
  • AI Notes now apply to the price, condition and item-specifics steps as well as title and description, and the box warns you when you reach its 10,000-character limit instead of silently cutting a pasted note off mid-word.
  • Taking a just-sold item down from your other marketplaces is now the first thing worked on rather than the last, and the sweep that does it stopped being cut short part-way through — so the window in which an item can sell twice is much shorter.
  • Searching listings now matches each word separately, so "Nike jersey" finds "Nike San Francisco 49ers Jersey". A search term matches the title or the SKU, and typing "50%" no longer matches everything. Fixed at all five search boxes.
  • The pre-publish policy-wording warning is gone. It fired on ordinary titles like "Dick Van Dyke" and "not a replica" and never once predicted a real eBay rejection — eBay decides now, and if it does reject, the message names the exact word.
  • Listings eBay turns down because the brand is a placeholder like "Other", "Custom", "Various" or "Mixed Lot" are republished automatically as "Unbranded" instead of sitting in error until you edit them by hand.
  • A manual sync is now allowed once every 6 hours per marketplace rather than every 5 minutes — repeat syncs almost never find anything, and the extra reading is what gets Depop and Poshmark accounts suspended.
  • The sync completion card reports what was removed as well as what was added, and a sync that created nothing says "Synced N listings" rather than "Imported N new listings".
  • Possible Duplicates tells you which button to press for your situation — merge, end the live listing, or dismiss — instead of only describing what it detected.
  • Depop imports without a SKU now link up with their matching eBay item automatically, by photo or by a unique title, instead of arriving as a second copy — on one account, 275 of 285 Depop imports were duplicates of live eBay listings. Anything that can't be matched at import time is re-checked once a day.
  • The Depop connect screen shows both connection methods side by side, tells you the browser add-on hides behind the puzzle-piece icon and needs its own sign-in, and labels the bookmark method "No install".
  • On-screen notices — including the one saying Depop and Poshmark can't be connected from a phone — stopped being deleted six seconds after the page loaded, before anyone could read them.
  • The description template editor's live preview no longer shows your title and condition twice, and previews against a listing the template actually applies to. A new account with no eligible listing sees clearly labelled example data instead of an empty pane.
  • When Poshmark flags an item as suspicious you get a plain explanation — list it by hand in the Poshmark app, nothing is wrong on your side, your other marketplaces are untouched — instead of Poshmark's own wording pointing at a screen that doesn't exist here.
  • Rows you've just acted on no longer stay stapled to the bottom of every filtered Inventory view for the rest of the session, the "On marketplaces" filter resets when you switch tabs, and the "your eBay inventory is still syncing" banner only shows while an import is genuinely running.
  • EU and UK sellers get the reconnect prompt everyone else gets, and their fee and profit figures load again.
  • Automatic offers to watchers are now re-checked against your rule on every sync while the offer is open, not only the moment it arrived — so a rule you switch on afterwards, or a buyer who raises their offer above your threshold, is acted on. Offers on listings Spadeberry wasn't already tracking, about one in five, are no longer skipped.
  • The default cap on automatic outgoing offers rises from 50 to 300 a day, and it's now an editable control in the Outgoing Offers panel. Large stores were spending all 50 within about 75 minutes of midnight and then sending nothing for the next 22 hours.
  • Items priced under a marketplace's own floor now fail with a plain message saying so — Poshmark refuses under $3, Depop under 1.00.
  • Poshmark listings with long titles or descriptions publish instead of failing: the text is shortened only for the copy Poshmark receives, leaving your eBay and Depop versions untouched.
  • When Depop or Poshmark takes a listing down, it's held back from being re-listed until you confirm — the inventory grid shows a Held note and, on Depop, points out the words that may have triggered it. Relisting a removed item is what Depop counts as a repeat violation.
  • When an item comes down from another marketplace after a sale, the sales feed and Inventory → Sold link straight to where that listing used to live, with its photo, so you can check the marketplace's own page as proof.
  • Listing generation now rides out a hiccup at the AI for about three minutes across six attempts instead of giving up after 30 seconds and leaving the listing permanently failed — on one day alone more than 70 listings had to be restarted by hand. When it does fail, you see a plain explanation rather than a raw internal error.
  • Pinch-to-zoom works on phones and tablets again.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed saving an edited photo throwing the edit away — the crop and rotation were discarded, so republishing sent the original picture.
  • Fixed a bulk photo edit stripping paid background-removed photos off your live eBay and Depop listings and putting the original backgrounds back.
  • Fixed rotating, flipping or cropping a photo destroying the background-removed copy you'd already paid for. The advanced editor still replaces it, but warns you first, and does nothing at all if you save without changing anything.
  • Fixed choosing "no background removal" quietly republishing your originals over cutouts you'd already paid for, including on live listings and on unattended auto-relists. It's now purely a spend control, and a photo that already has a cutout keeps it.
  • Fixed a relist publishing original photos over background-removed ones you'd paid for and then permanently locking the listing to originals, and fixed a Depop or Poshmark relist that ran short of photo tokens leaving the item deleted and never re-created.
  • Fixed the drag-and-drop upload area missing from the edit-listing screen, which also meant a listing with no photos yet could never get its first one.
  • Fixed the failed-uploads panel and its Retry All button being removed from the page six seconds after every load — which is why nobody ever saw a retry option and re-uploaded failures by hand — and fixed recovered photos being saved under a random name instead of the camera's filename.
  • Fixed a photo or video that finished uploading just after its batch closed being rejected, and in the video case deleted outright.
  • Fixed the token count in the navbar sitting on the page-load number for up to 30 seconds after publishing, crosslisting or background removal spent tokens.
  • Fixed token purchases being credited twice, and purchases whose credit failed being marked handled so the buyer paid and received nothing.
  • Fixed two token spends landing at the same moment erasing each other and leaving your balance wrong, and fixed token history showing automatic refunds as red charges with mismatched units row to row.
  • Fixed token refunds for failed generations stopping entirely for part of a day, and fixed some sellers being refunded twice or credited for a free retry that cost nothing.
  • Fixed every item published to Poshmark displaying as its own price struck through, as though it had been discounted from the same number.
  • Fixed the Poshmark description template you'd chosen being silently discarded, and ampersands and apostrophes showing up as raw code in Poshmark descriptions.
  • Fixed items eBay grades "Pre-owned – Excellent" or "Very Good" publishing to Poshmark as "Like New" — the single biggest group of listings we send there, every one of them a grade high, which is what drives Poshmark buyer disputes. "New with defects" and "For parts or not working" were going out too high too.
  • Fixed condition notes that say "no flaws" or "flawless" being read as admitting a flaw and publishing the item to Poshmark as Fair.
  • Fixed ungraded and graded trading cards publishing to Depop as "Excellent", and fixed a bulk condition edit re-introducing the wrong grade afterwards.
  • Fixed accented characters and apostrophes imported from eBay being mangled — "McDonald's" arriving as "McDonald’s" — across titles, descriptions, item specifics and condition notes. Because each mangled character added two more, thousands of titles ran past eBay's 80-character limit and those items could never be relisted. The stored text is repaired.
  • Fixed a multi-quantity eBay listing that sold one unit being marked fully sold, so the rest of your stock vanished from Inventory while the listing was still live and selling.
  • Fixed Insights recording only the first unit of a multi-quantity eBay listing — an estimated $155,684 of 2026 revenue across 369 sellers never reached your numbers, and the history is recovered. Units Listed was also counting the same physical item again on every relist and crosslist, which dragged sell-through down.
  • Fixed the same eBay order being counted twice in Insights where one item was tracked under two records.
  • Fixed sales history showing machine-generated SKUs like A1071-rf82963 instead of the SKU you assigned, caused by an eBay sold-order import creating a second copy of an item you'd already imported.
  • Fixed one unimportable line in a sales-history import throwing away all the good sales in the same batch and leaving the import stuck part-way through.
  • Fixed "These aren't duplicates" never sticking — the same pairs came back over and over, and re-dismissing them did nothing at all.

  • Fixed Depop publishing a second live listing for the same item when it reported the SKU as already taken, fixed a double-click on publish creating a second live listing Spadeberry didn't know about, and fixed publishing being allowed at all when the same item was already live in that same shop.
  • Fixed pending removals being stranded forever when a Poshmark closet or Depop shop moved to a different Spadeberry account — 60 already-sold items stayed buyable and 5 sold a second time. Sellers whose sold items are still live and can't be reached now get an email naming the items, with support copied in.
  • Fixed a bulk unassign or bulk SKU delete destroying the record of a live Depop or Poshmark listing, leaving it up on the marketplace with nothing here able to see or remove it.

Poshmark Crosslisting, Full Photo Sets & Automatic Promotions

New Features
  • NEW: Crosslist to Poshmark. Connect your Poshmark account in Settings and publish from the same inventory you already use for eBay and Depop — one item at a time, or in bulk from the inventory grid. When something sells on one marketplace, Spadeberry takes it down from the others.
  • NEW: Import your existing Poshmark closet, so items you already have listed line up with the rest of your inventory instead of arriving as duplicates.
  • NEW: Photos past a marketplace's limit are packed into grid images instead of being cut off — Poshmark takes 16 and Depop 8, so a 24-photo item still shows every angle. Switch it on or off per marketplace under Inventory → Publish settings.
  • NEW: Set eBay Store Categories (up to two) and the shipping policy on each listing's Edit page. A batch with mixed shipping policies can now go out in one bulk publish instead of one at a time.

Improvements
  • Suggested prices are now grounded in real sales rather than general knowledge. Every listing you generate is priced against what comparable items in the same category actually sold for, alongside your own past prices for near-identical items — on both standard and fast generation.
  • Auto-relist now times each eBay recreate to land within 48 hours of that listing's monthly renewal, instead of at a random point in the month. On a listing that would otherwise renew and then be recreated, that's one insertion fee instead of two.
  • New Poshmark listings are spaced out — about 150 a day and 50 an hour — which is what keeps a Poshmark account in good standing. Select more than that in a bulk crosslist and the extras stay in your inventory for tomorrow, with a note telling you how many were held back and roughly when the batch will finish.
  • Possible Duplicates opens straight away. The comparison runs in the background now, so large stores stop timing out on it.
  • Your eBay shipping policies refresh overnight, and Ready-to-Publish warns you when the copies here may be out of date — a common cause of a publish failing for no obvious reason.
  • Item details that are too long for eBay are shortened at publish instead of failing the listing, and the message now makes clear it's an auto-generated field rather than the title you typed.
  • A condition eBay won't accept for a category is swapped for the closest one it will — and only ever for an equal or lower grade, so a used item can't be quietly promoted to Like New.
  • If the shipping policy on a listing was deleted or renamed on eBay, publishing re-syncs your policies and falls back to your default instead of erroring out. A brief hiccup fetching the policy is retried rather than failing the publish.
  • The default payment, return and shipping policy you chose — and your default ship-from location — are no longer reset back to eBay's overnight.
  • When a marketplace turns down an action, you see that marketplace's own reason in plain words rather than a generic error, and the app stops retrying something that was never going to work.
  • If your eBay connection has fully expired you now get the reconnect banner and a reconnect email, instead of eBay features quietly doing nothing.
  • Depop category matching is much more accurate. Tops filed as hats, skirts as belts, neckties as handbags, chino and jean shorts as trousers, men's swim trunks as bikini bottoms, and cardigans turned into jumpers are all corrected — and a brand in the title, or a neckline like "crew neck", no longer decides the category. When the exact type genuinely isn't clear, the item goes to that group's "Other" rather than being confidently filed wrong.
  • AI condition descriptions stop calling out ordinary wrinkles and fold creases as a flaw. Genuine permanent creasing is still mentioned.
  • Books published from 1900 onward go to the general Books category rather than Antiquarian & Collectible, so Book Title, Author and Language stop coming back blank.
  • Typing "N/A" in the ISBN field now confirms it saved and will show on eBay as "Does Not Apply", instead of the field just going blank.
  • Interrupted eBay, Depop and Poshmark imports pick up where they stopped rather than losing the remainder, and importing a large eBay store now brings everything over in a single pass.
  • Listing generation is steadier on large batches — a run that hits trouble now retries with a fresh start rather than hanging, and a stuck one is picked up automatically.
  • Listing status reconciles with eBay twice a day instead of once, halving how long a listing can show something stale.
  • The item-condition choices offered for each eBay category are refreshed completely again.
  • Token history now shows the reason attached to a support credit, labels a goodwill credit as "Token credit" rather than a refund, and reports fractional balances in full.
  • Every page loads faster — the daily listing counter no longer fires an extra slow request on each page view, and the dashboard's streak and monthly chart come back in a fraction of the time.

Update on Listing Generation Issues
