Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of and subject to the Spadeberry Terms of Service and Platform Subscription Agreement. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
General Policy
All fees paid for subscriptions and token purchases are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances expressly described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation
All subscriptions are final for the applicable billing term. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; however, cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active and you retain full access until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period or for unused tokens.
Token Purchases
All token purchases (listing tokens and photo tokens) are final. Tokens are non-refundable digital credits used within the Spadeberry platform.
Failed generations: If a listing generation fails due to a technical error on our part, the tokens used for that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance. You can verify all token refunds in your transaction history.
Spadeberry Service Pricing Errors
In the event that a Spadeberry subscription plan or token package is displayed at an incorrect price on our website due to a typographical error or technical malfunction, Spadeberry reserves the right to cancel or refuse the transaction. If payment has already been collected at the incorrect price, you will receive a refund equal to the amount charged. This section applies solely to the pricing of Spadeberry's own services and does not apply to AI-generated listing prices, valuations, or other estimates provided within the platform.
Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial and were not charged, no refund is applicable. If you were inadvertently charged during a free trial period, please contact us and we will issue a refund promptly.
Refund Processing
In the limited circumstances where a refund is applicable, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
