eBay Account Security
We never see your eBay password
Spadeberry uses eBay's official OAuth system to connect to your account. When you link your eBay store, you're taken directly to eBay's website to authorize access. Your eBay username and password are entered on eBay's site, never on ours.
Token-based access
eBay provides Spadeberry with a secure token that allows us to create and manage listings on your behalf. We never store or have access to your eBay login credentials.
Revoke access anytime
You can disconnect Spadeberry from your eBay account at any time through your Spadeberry settings or directly through eBay's third-party access page.
Payment Security
Stripe handles all payment processing
We use Stripe, the same payment infrastructure trusted by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses worldwide. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
PCI DSS Compliant
Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of security certification.
Cancel anytime
No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Encrypted transfers
All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard TLS encryption.

Your Photos
Photos are stored on AWS S3. They are accessible to our AI for listing generation. You can delete your photos at any time, and they are permanently removed from our systems.
Your Listings
Listing data you create belongs to you. We generate drafts to help you list faster, and you control what gets published to eBay.
Your Account
Passwords are securely hashed. We never sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
